Accessing or utilizing Povena means you are entering a binding legal arrangement with the operator of the application under the terms set out on this page. The rules here apply to browsing, account creation, participation in community features, and any other interaction with the platform.
Anyone who is not comfortable with these conditions should discontinue access and remove the application from their device. Use of the Service is treated as confirmation that you understand the terms and intend to follow them.

Povena, including its design, branding, software, text, visual elements, organization, and underlying technology, is owned by its developer or licensed to the operator and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users receive a narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the application for personal, lawful use in accordance with these terms. That permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service.

Creative, analytical, educational, and community materials made available through the platform should be evaluated by users using their own judgment.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer, operator, affiliates, licensors, and service providers connected to Povena will not be responsible for damages arising out of or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
This exclusion applies to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, and consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, device issues, or replacement service costs, even if the possibility of such harm had been discussed or was reasonably foreseeable.
Where a jurisdiction does not permit certain liability exclusions, liability will be limited to the minimum scope allowed under that law.
7. Account Termination
Access to Povena may be restricted, suspended, or ended if conduct appears to violate these terms, create legal exposure, threaten other users, or interfere with the proper operation of the platform. Such action may occur immediately and may be taken without advance warning where circumstances call for it.
Users remain free to stop using the application at any time. Discontinuing use, deleting the app, or requesting account closure does not automatically erase obligations or liabilities that arose before access ended.
8. Terms Modification
From time to time, these terms may be revised to reflect changes in the application, legal requirements, security practices, or operational decisions. When updates are posted, the revised version becomes the governing set of rules from its stated effective date.
Individuals who continue using Povena after updated terms take effect are treated as having accepted the revised conditions. For that reason, users should revisit this page periodically.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would cause a different jurisdiction’s laws to apply.
Before formal proceedings are started, both sides should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication. If resolution is not achieved, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction unless another mandatory legal process applies under relevant law.
